During the 3 day training we teach the basics necessary to succeed in today’s automotive market such as a proper greeting, the basic steps to a sale and how to over come objectives. The 2020 difference #1 is the focus on calling your orphan owners and generating new business thru modern CRM techniques that really work. Imagine how contacting between 500 and 1500 previous customers could impact your sales and profits! 20 Car Potentials are encouraged to have a least one appointment by their first Saturday, many have several! 20 Car Potentials will actually generate floor traffic while still in class!

2020 is committed to your success and the success of the recruits. To ensure this success we follow up in 30 days with reminder training for all recruits. Either online or live we meet again, review the basics, discuss what’s working and how we can improve. It’s how we develop and maintain 20 car winners!

How It Works:
1. For less than the average cost of a one day metro newspaper display ad our telemarketing team contacts potential 20 car recruits and then schedules an interview. We set between 30 and 80 appointments (depending on need) for an initial interview on at your dealership, usually on a Monday and Tuesday. 2. 20 Car Potentials are then invited back on Wednesday for a morning of orientation. We consider this opportunity for everyone to see if it’s a fit. As the sponsoring dealership you have the opportunity to choose who you want on your floor. 3. For the rest of the day Wednesday and all day Thursday we Practice Drill and Rehearse while calling your customer base to set appointments. 4. On Friday after lunch recruits are given a final exam you have the opportunity to invite chosen individuals to work for you. Any remaining recruits are referred to other locations through our referral program/

What Does The Training Cover?
20 Car Potentials actually receive 43 different ways to handle objections and close deals. They will have a predetermined greeting memorized and have a basic knowledge of how to overcome initial customer objections. Armed with both of our training programs (below) 20 Car Potentials will have the tools necessary to succeed in today’s competitive market.
